Kale K. Heiman

Kale K. Heiman is an Associate Attorney at Rehmani & Associates, A Professional Corporation. Before joining Rehmani & Associates, Kale spent 2 years practicing Trust and Estate litigation with Keystone Law Group, P.C. and more than five (5) years practicing solely in the area of family law. Specifically, she handled a variety of legal issues within the areas of Trust and Estate Litigation as well as family law including but not limited to: probate and trust litigation proceedings, conservatorships, guardianships, creditor’s claims, and probate, trust, and conservatorship administration, divorce, child custody and visitation, child and spousal support, modification actions, property division, and domestic violence.

Kale has handled a number of cases from inception through settlement or trial and has successfully represented co-trustees/beneficiaries in Probate Code § 850 and § 17200 Petitions to claim/confirm trust assets, remove trustees, and for surcharge claims as well as represented surviving spouses in spousal property petitions and heirs in petitions for heirship, and fiduciary breaches, and inheritance disputes involving Trust modification and/or reformation issues.

She recently joined the firm in March 2017, and has appeared before courts in Los Angeles County, Orange County, San Diego County, Riverside County, San Bernardino County, and Kern County.

Kale was admitted to practice law in the State of California in February 2009 and graduated from California Western School of Law where she volunteered for the San Diego Volunteer Lawyer Program within the family justice/domestic violence program’s special immigration unit and received the Wiley W. Manuel Award For Pro Bono Legal Services from the State Bar of California in 2007. She was also admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court, Central District of California in December 2015. She completed her undergraduate program at the University of California, Santa Barbara in the Spring of 2003 where she majored in Political Science with an emphasis in International Relations.
