Robert J. Christensen

Robert J. Christensen (“Rob”) is an Associate Attorney at Rehmani & Associates, A Professional Law Corporation. His practice focuses on trusts, probate, conservatorships, financial elder abuse, civil litigation, business entity formations and intellectual property and trademark matters. Since joining Rehmani & Associates, Rob has handled cases involving the conduct of private professional fiduciaries in conservatorship litigation and trust matters, financial elder abuse, trust and estate administration, corporate franchise disputes, trademarks and co-chaired a trial on the removal of a conservator.

Rob was admitted to practice law in the State of California after graduating from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles in 2017, where he was the Founder and President of the Lynn D. “Buck” Compton Veterans Law Association. He was also a Staff Member of the Loyola of Los Angeles International and Comparative Law Review and volunteered at the Legal Aid Foundation of Los Angeles’ Veteran Justice Center, where he provided legal assistance to Veterans. Rob completed his undergraduate program at Marquette University in the Spring of 2009, where he majored in Political Science.

Prior to joining the firm, Rob served as a Marine Corps Infantry Officer, commanding units on multiple combat deployments to Afghanistan and conducted training exercises in Japan, South Korea and the Philippines. He can be reached at robert@rehmanilawfirm.com
